There is a whole bunch of meaty stew in that title and it all revolves around the number 188 pattern in Scripture!!
We know for a fact that the 188 day pattern is associated with the bible when it comes to how the chapters and verses are arranged and sometimes what the subject matter is talking about on the 188th verses--that being large earthquakes!!
But did you know that we can find scriptual evidence for this number just by using the strong's concordance-no need to look it up yourself; I did the homework for you!!! What no thanks??!!! Hee! Hee!!
The first reference to a 188 day period is in the book of Esther-that is the story that has a parallel to the Church, or Bride of Christ!
The king in this book of Esther decided to have a seven day feast starting after 180 days!!!
If we add the 180 days + 7 day feast we get 187 days!!!
During this feast the king of Persia calls this Queen Vashti forward to become his bride but she is found not worthy!!
So the next day or the 188th day there is a search called throughout this kings kingdom to find a virgin that will become the Queen for the day--the 188th day!! Not exactly! It may just have started the prtocess going to search out this virgin who will be acceptible to the King; in the parallel of the Bride of Christ; the Lord is now persuing for Himself a virgin among the gentiles who will soon become His Bride!!!
The Book of Genesis has the flood of Noah's day lasting until the Seventh Month and 17th day of the year and then the ARK rested which would have made it rest on the feast of firstfruits using the original calendar before it was changed over!! I forgot my papers on this one but I figured that it was 188 days from one date until this seventh month and 17th day-believe me I did not make it up-I will post it once I find it!!
Those are the two scriptural references of this number 188 days!!
Now I also found the 188 pattern with the books of the bible both in the Old and New Testaments!
The first deals with the Ark coming over the Jordan into the promise land again on this Passover and Feast of Firstfruits time period!!
The the second 188 pattern is about the promise land of rest which we as believers will soon enter when we here the rapture call taking place-although the rest we are given is for now and forever from our toil and strain-His burden is Light and His yoke is Easy!!
From the Genesis Chapter 1 book to Joshus Chapter 1 we have a total of 188 Chapters!! This is the 188th chapter in Joshua 1 where Joshua(Jesus) is leading the children of Israel into the promise land on the Passover Feast and that is completed by the time of the feast of firstfruits!!!
The second 188 pattern:
From Matthew Chapter 1 book to II Thessilonians 1 we have a total of 188 Chapters! This is the 188th chapter in II Thess. 1
where we as Christian are told by the Lord to wait until we have our REST when the Lord return in a fiery vengence to give us payback for those who trouble us when we were on the earth!
Vengence is the Lord's! God will punish the enemies of His people!!
So using this 188 day pattern we have the Lord seeking His Bride in the book of Esther; and we have to arks both coming down and resting on dry land and the other resing on the promise land on the same jewish spring feasts(Passover and Feast of Firstfruits); and then we have the two rest of God that come to the final end of the Church age on----> we have to stop here because we only have clues but not actual days for this final conclusion!!
But it is clear to see that we are moving into the final period of Church History as the Lord drops these interesting cycles and signs into the age of our enlightenment!!!
We are almost there! Do not turn back now or you will lose your full reward!!! Notice that if you slack off you will still receive a reward but not your full reward--I'm not sure where this scripture is located but I think it is in the book of Hebrews!!! Read on!!!
Oh Yeah!!! I found that missing clue!!! The 188th verse of the bible in Genesis The ARK rested on the Seventh Month and 17th dasy of the Month (Nisan 17)--again I have to find where the verse is--be right back!!!
Gensis 8:3!! Wow! I am just noticing this number 83!! Do you folks remember the Psalm 83 War! Gensis 8(3)!!!
