God prescribed Passover with two High days of Holy convocation, the first and the seventh days of the Passover feast. Christians note that the Savior fulfilled the first of these High days by becoming the Passover sacrifice. Jesus also fulfilled the intermediate Wave Sheaf ritual by His resurrection but I do not see a Christian fulfillment of the seventh day High day at the end of Passover.

Jewish history tells us that on this seventh day after the first Passover the Israelites were pursued by Pharaoh and his army through the parted sea. The enemy met with total destruction. The Israelites had left their captivity behind and were headed for the Promised Land.

As this world grows darker the Holy Spirit will stir up the conscience of a troubled man or woman and show them that their only hope is Jesus.

He is the only thing that can hold us together. He is the only hope of a better future in a better place.

I've been watching for 13 years now and today was the first time the Holy Spirit responded to me after I asked during a "high watch time"--up until today I got no response. I asked if "something big" was going to happen soon and got waves of confirmation. I don't know if that means tonight, the last day of Passover, ascension day, or the 2nd Passover for those who are on a "far journey" 30 days after the 1st Passover. All of us are far away from heaven so that could matter--if it's in scripture, there's a purpose for it. Or even Pentecost. I'm particularly interested in the fact that Elijah is in the Bible Codes along with Pesach 5772 which is now. I personally can't take much more--it would be so hard to carry on if, again, all of these signs come to nothing.

I also gasped when I saw the moon tonight. And I thought, why does this moon look so beautiful? Ive seen alot of full moons. I don't know. But I surely did gasp when I came out of work and saw it. I hope that we go home this Easter. That would explain why that moon was so beautiful. It would be our last one before the rapture!

Hi everyone. I do not believe that all of the signs have come to nothing. I am thinking about last fall... when there was such a blissful ferver for our Lord and the rapture... and so many signs!

The rapture did not happen... and many (even here on RITAN) seemed very disappointed. Do you really believe that all of those signs came to nothing?!

Since last fall have we not all grown in strength and wisdom in the Lord with more study? Have not more people been saved or at least had the opportunity to have further witness?

God's mercy, like His signs, are certainly not "nothing".

RITAN has been a place of sharing... and a place where we can "comfort one another with these words". I would hate to see it become a place where we bring each other down with disappointment... particularly in the face of so many powerfully encouraging signs.

May God bless us all with encouragement... and appreciation for His word... and the signs that have been given thus far! :D

I would so enjoy it if Elijah did show up in Israel preaching Yeshua Ha'Maschiach. We could still debate days and hours, yet know that it was within touch. A clear sign to all believers who are watching and a consternation to everyone else.

Agree, we just keep on keeping on as usual. We still know we are closer than before.

Mark 13:35-37 "Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch."

What is the sign we are watching for? Jesus said watch so there must be something to be seen.

Lavoie the way...I like that..What say you? I say I think you very well just unlocked the rapture code. We will see or in some way experience the dead rising first. I remember some videos on utube..of course can't remember which one, but it was a dream someone had of the rapture happening. The dead were changed and then the alive were changed and outside meeting in the streets...time had stopped in its place, people and objects were just stopped...and the raptured were walking around in astonishment! Then we go up! That could be the sign we see...we experience the transformation for a time and then fly...What say you?? God Bless, Jan

Wouldn't there be a delay from the time the wise virgins "know" and when it actually happens? Similar to how the unwise virgins try to buy oil from the ones who see, but are told to buy for themselves. Then it happens. Have no idea about the length of time between knowing and the rapture. It may be 40 days...hopefully we find out very soon.

If you consult an internet source it will probably tell you that Passover/Unleavened Bread feast ends at sundown on Saturday, April 14 but the Biblical end of this feast is sundown on Friday, April 13 (Nisan 21).

The extra day was added later to compensate for calendar differences between the Jewish sects but it is not anything that can be found in the instructions God gave the Israelite's. This eight-day was a human add-on.

So for the seventh day we would look to Friday the 13th as the day (but I wouldn't be superstitious about it).

It is an interesting notion, Grumpy. I have never thought of Passover divided in such a way. The final part could be our deliverance from this world. I just don't know where Trumpets would fit if the rapture is at the end of Passover. I always thought it was the best fit. What if the dead in Christ left on the 7th day of Passover and we joined them at the Feast of Trumpets? I wonder how many days that would be. It could parallel the time Jesus was on Earth after His resurrection.
