after all, He didn’t make these strong Heavenly angels in HIS IMAGE ~

~~ the Word does say that these strong creatures (Heavenly) are messengers doing God’s directives over who? humanity ~ this much we know angels are not atheists for they’ve seen God ~~

God wanted a Family, children of His own ~~ what a Heavenly Gift! we KNOW the LORD having never seen Him ~~ our Abba Father takes great delight how the saved, by faith in the Spirit and in Truth affirms His Word ~ ~ we live in this world, all the while we so long to gaze on the ONE we adore ~~ what a moment everlasting!

king David knew, huh ~~~ and aspired to learn deeper God’s Holiness, His very nature. David knew our hearts and our spirits were made to commune in relationship with the Living God ~~ he was most satisfied in worship and praise unto His Lord ~

“When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?”

king David goes on with songs: ~~ “You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet :all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea ,all that swim the paths of the seas. Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!”

What inspiring words from the one God called a man after His own heart! Let us keep on knowing the One who holds the world amazingly in His Hand, calls us into relationship with Him. This is it ~~~He desires us to love Him, to know Him, and to experience His presence . . and learn to be more like Him.

Why did God make angels? It’s really a good question. We might ask: “Why did God make anything?” If He is perfect and self-sufficient, He had no deficiency which required Him to create.

Maybe the answer is not that God was lacking anything, and rather that in His overflowing love, He desired to expand the objects of His love in greater and greater spheres.

There are many mysteries to be explored. One thing we can always count on is finding God’s love at the heart of them all.

    My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord;
my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Psalm 84:2

I think that each of us will be personally received at the Resurrection and Rapture. Maybe the Lord needed all of those angels for each of us to be carried UP. I sometimes wonder if we’ll each get two angels when it’s our time…. I keep imagining the two of them taking one look at my giant netherhind & chortling “maybe we should all get a running start” just kidding 🙂

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart (lev) and with all your soul (nephesh) and with all your might. (Deu. 6:5)

    :yahoo:

I Am the Lord! Besides Me there is no Savior. For there is no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be saved. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved!...For in him we live, and move, and have our being!

Hahaha! I’ve wondered the same thing. Mainly because I’m sure whatever angel is assigned to me has got to be at their wits end. Probably best if they work in teams around me. Hahaha

Imagine their pleasure and excitement when the time comes to bring us home.  We will learn of the battles they fought for us on our behalf to make sure this happens. I believe we will be in awe at the great love that will be witnessed to. As stated here, it can’t be an easy assignment. Add satan and demons to the mix and there is a ready made disaster ready to break forth. What a wonderful feeling to know Heaven is looking after us, protecting us eben when we are unaware we need intervention and even more angels are assigned to our teens. Not one shall be lost :yahoo: . Absolutely amazing.

The eyes of the Lord range throughout the entire earth, to strengthen those whose heart is true to him.

God is just naturally creative by nature. He will always be creating something. Even though He is self sufficient and enjoys fellowship within the trinity, He apparently also desired to be called Husband, Father and a Bridegroom! He also desired to share Himself, his love, his goodness and his glory with someone who could also appreciate Him.

The angels never called Him Father, nor were they offered His heart. They were simply servants, and will always be. God’s omniscience knew that the angels would fall, as well as men. As for anything created by God will always be less than God!!! But He was willing to invest Himself and his heart into Mankind. The angels were neither created in His image or likeness.

God has a heart, and gave us one also. A heart that could be blessed or hurt. We are never told that angels were capable of love, as like both God and man.

When the angels discovered that they had not been offered God’s heart, and were bypassed by God, Lucifer’s pride was pricked. Since then, his only motivation has been to destroy this divine relationship we were offered.

Because they were presumptuous and rebellious 1/3 of angels became enemies of God, and us! God also knowing that many of us would also rebel, chose to make Earth our home, rather than to grant us immediate access into His presence and heaven. He would then deal with us differently than with the angels.

We would have to earn the privilege of His presence and Heaven. Unlike the angels to who it was automatically given! With the dynamic of good vs evil now in play, God’s heart and plans become more apparent.

For those who idolize or are enamored with angels don’t understand that they shall be the lesser, and we the greater. God has never bragged about one angel, but Job informs us that He takes delight in bragging on us!

He died for us, not for angels!

How can you have something as glorious as God with no one to appreciate and worship him?!

I wonder if their excitement will top MY EXCITEMENT??? I don’t think so.

Though their personal glory outshines ours, we shall indeed sit in judgment over the angels. In the flesh of our existence we like them, are the work of His hands. But in soul and spirit, we are the work of His heart!

Perhaps the better question should be, why did God make us?! Could the Lord have continued in eternal fellowship within the Trinity keeping His own heart?

The goodness and glory of His heart demanded that it be revealed and shared! The fact that He chose to share His heart with men rather than with angels only highlights that there is no other God, but God!

Indeed, I don’t claim being a scholar. But a heart without love is simply an organ. Apparently angels can only love themselves. But we share the capacity to love someone and something other than ourselves, just as our Heavenly Father!

    Love & blessings…TR
