I am truly grateful for our new President! Since this wonderful blessing, I am really wondering what’s next!
Will the Lord decide to delay the rapture for greater evangelistic freedom to reach the lost?
I’ve heard some evangelists express the idea that it looks like it is probably a number of years before the rapture.
I pray as many as possible get saved before the rapture, but I also hope it’s soon, like this year! It’s all so suspenseful! What are your thoughts?

As others have more eloquently stated than I will, I believe there is a temptation for us to think that the timing of the rapture is either delayed or accelerated based on what we see happening circumstantially. The truth is that our God, who knows the end from the beginning, already knows the precise day and hour that His Son is coming for us in the air. He already knows the precise and finite number of saved souls that will fulfill the times of the gentiles and usher in Daniel’s 70th week. To us, with our limited minds and finite knowledge, we may tend to think in terms of things being sped up or slowed down, but in reality they have been, are right now, and will continue to be right on time according to His ordained timetable. That said, my heart still cries out, as I believe yours does Vicki, “Maranatha. Lord Jesus!!!” We are watching, praying, and longing to be in Your presence!!!

John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

A “delay” would indicate a time which is not fixed. I don’t believe God the Father is capricious about the end of the age, or anything else.

We do not see the whole picture. We are told it will come unexpectedly.

    My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord;
my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Psalm 84:2

If you haven’t read by Luis B. Vega latest post at 5 Doves you might want to give it a look see, There is a Bit of Hope for the future of those who Pray for Jesus soon return, and some light at the end of the Finish line, after all we are the children of The Light and it even match’s Heathers New Book Pattern..

I pray as many as possible get saved before the rapture, but I also hope it’s soon, like this year! It’s all so suspenseful! What are your thoughts?

This is my Hope as well, for those who still have questions, why in the world is all this happening, why all the riots in the streets, why all the earth quakes, why people are filled with so much hate for one another, Why so much war talk and soon to wars, why so much anger at Israel…

    This is My Hope….
1Th 5:5  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
1Th 5:6  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
1Th 5:7  For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
1Th 5:8  But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
1Th 5:9  For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
1Th 5:10  Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
1Th 5:11  Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

No one knows when the Lord will call you out of this world, Matter a fact as a Christian we don’t even belong here, But we all had a choice to make. Some will choose Wisely and some will not, But God knows..

You will be pleasantly surprise when you read it, and yes it’s long, just like Heathers book, but you won’t regret reading it and sharing with others… I’m not going to post a link for it’s easy to find…

“THE PENTECOSTAL PERIOD – Gentile Plan of Redemption”

Biblically speaking as it relates to the Jewish year of 5-777 or 2017-18.
There is something about that 5 and three 7’s… The Bible is full of numbers..

As David said we are human, for now without Glorified Bodies , and we can’t see it all just yet, but one day we all will… :rose:

Besides, it must take into account that the Church is not US, but there are millions of christians in other countries, in South America, in Europe, in Africa, in Asia… For us the victory of Trump has not changed our situation. Remember the Church of Christ is Universal, not only “American”…

My hope for our departure is this year, especially after having read the marvelous work of Heather. :yahoo:

    Maranatha.

He may not be early, but He’s never late.

Also true that Trump is an American phenomenon, but it has international impact. Just as in days of old, whether a king of Israel would serve the Lord or not, it would also affect it’s allies and enemies. Even more so now as the world has shrunk!

Being now deep in the throws of Winter, I am still anxious for Spring’s arrival! Just as like in Narnia, ever hoping for eternal winter to end.
