    Fascinating to hear JD mention all of the different portions of scripture that foreshadow a pre-tribulation rapture, including the Jewish holiday of Purim that is tied to story of Esther.

    John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

    The 2nd chapter of the Song of Solomon is an interesting read, given the timing of Purim and the story of Easter. Winter is just ending in Israel and soon the figs and vines will blossom.

    “The Shulamite

    8 The voice of my beloved!
    Behold, he comes
    Leaping upon the mountains,
    Skipping upon the hills.
    9 My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag.
    Behold, he stands behind our wall;
    He is looking through the windows,
    Gazing through the lattice.
    10 My beloved spoke, and said to me:
    “Rise up, my love, my fair one,
    And come away.
    11 For lo, the winter is past,
    The rain is over and gone.
    12 The flowers appear on the earth;
    The time of singing has come,
    And the voice of the turtledove
    Is heard in our land.
    13 The fig tree puts forth her green figs,
    And the vines with the tender grapes
    Give a good smell.
    Rise up, my love, my fair one,
    And come away!
    14 “O my dove, in the clefts of the rock,
    In the secret places of the cliff,
    Let me see your face,
    Let me hear your voice;
    For your voice is sweet,
    And your face is lovely.”

    Turtledoves start showing up in March in Israel (as well as the start of the mass birds of prey migrations) continues through April and comes to a peak before wrapping up in the first two weeks of May. So, the Lord invites the birds of prey to feast on the Gog/Magog coalition… it would be nice if they were all already there along with the turtle doves ’round about the same time of year with vines and figs blooming… :whistle:
