This song mirrors my feelings over the last few months and now especially the last few days.

That was a great song choice, Texas Sue!

I kind of had to chuckle when the song began because not 2 hours ago I was asking the Lord that if we were going to be here awhile, would He please send someone who could show me how to make the different repairs that my home needs, Lol! (OR, send someone who would be fair on a price for the work.)

This has happened a few times over the past few days when I’ve prayed along those lines or about something that I don’t know what to do about. I believe He is helping me to ‘get my house in order’ both spiritually and in the natural. I’ll be glad when we’re finally Home, too, and that Heaven IS ‘the natural’!!

As I’ve heard someone say, Heaven is more real than what we consider our reality to be. Let’s get real Lord!

Patti, God answers in so many different ways doesn’t He, but He always answers!

Tender Reed, you are so right. When we get to heaven, our lives here will be like the imaginary episode and heaven the strong reality. I hope it is today.

Hi Texas Sue, :Hi: leaving is upon my mind also; and about how only Jesus will rule this planet in righteousness.
News is a pain to read because there is so much wickedness, corruption. Until the Lord returns, my prayer is for multitudes to come to Jesus every day, including the family members of the church (please Father, bring our family to Jesus before He returns). Our pastor taught yesterday from Joshua 10. People say all kinds of judgemental things about God because He had Israel under Joshua wipe out those in Canaan.
God is absolutely the only true God, the creator of the universe.
He doesn’t judge without warning people. Israel was in Egypt for 400 years while the Amorites were sinning-Genesis 15:15-16, 1Kings 21:25-26-God hates idolatry.
God finally said enough. God is love, but He is also just, righteous, defender of widows and orphans, He hates wickedness, He keeps His word. He gave His word in Eden that the head of the serpent would be bruised by a seed of the woman. Jesus is that seed, God come in flesh. The only way for anyone to have eternal life with God is for their sins to be paid for and the only permanent way for sin to be covered is by His perfect sacrifice, His perfect Son in place of our death. The sacrifices in temple days were temporary and needed to be repeated, showing the people that sin was serious, it required a death to be set aside in God’s eyes.
The coming 7 year tribulation is absolutely necessary, for judgement upon the wicked and for salvation of Israel.
This world’s governments are hopeless to bring righteousness upon the planet.
Leaving is upon my mind, Sue, because I want the Lord to return and rule over all the earth.
This won’t happen until the 7 years, final week of Daniel happens.
Come Lord Jesus. You are the light of the world, the rightful King to sit on David’s throne.
The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof. :rose:

P.S. sins of the Amorites are similar to the world today, that is idolatry and witchcraft. Rebellion against God is as the sin of witchcraft. The world is full of rebellion against God.
1 Samuel 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

Hi Regina, it is always good to hear your opinions. Thanks so much for all you shared and I agree with it all. The cumulative total of wickedness since the flood of Noah has reached a critical tipping point it seems. That alone would be enough proof for me that Jesus will be here soon. Then when you add in the fulfilling of much of the prophetic signs of the Bible happening in front of our eyes with stunning rapidity, it is even clearer to see that it is near.

    Loved what you said –

Leaving is upon my mind, Sue, because I want the Lord to return and rule over all the earth.

I am with you on that!
