Hello RITAN family,
I’m back again for prayer 🙂 I feel so weary right now- and I know that means I should not give up– for at the proper time I will reap a harvest.
I am in a domestic violence shelter– yesterday the abuser (my ex) who is a firefighter had to come to court in the town I am in. All the way up until he went into court he was talking to me– out of nowhere he called over and over and over. I can see online that he was convicted of Domestic Battery x 2, and interfering with a 911 domestic violence call. When he started calling me over and over, I thought maybe he really missed me. He’s gone quiet now that he got all the wanted from me. Friends, my heart is heavy- and broken. The games the enemy is playing are weighing on me. I don’t know which way to turn and I feel like giving up. I feel so lost as the clock keeps ticking away. I am so lonely…. I just wanted to be loved.
Also, I am in the middle of a SSI case for disability. They are supposed to be making their decision soon. Please pray for favor for me. I also have court today and I pray for favor with the judge, and all involved.
I’m sad- I need to put on a garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness.
God bless you all…
Laura 🙂February 22, 2017 at 6:41 am #128668
This breaks my heart, I am so sorry to hear all that you are going through. I know it’s very hard to do, but try and remember, the Lord will use this too for your good and His glory. You are very much in my prayers, Faithwon05.
We know you haven’t left us nor have you forsaken us. It’s hard to see all the good that will come from our trials here on earth as we wait for you to come for us. But we know you are faithful and your word is true and that these things we experience, that our sister is suffering, will work out for the best in every possible way.
Lord, please protect Faithwon, please help her to find safe and secure housing. Lord, let your peace and comfort fill her life. Let your Spirit comfort her and all of us as we wait for you. And Lord, let your will be done on our sister’s behalf as it is in all things.
Father, thank you for your Mercies! Thank you for your Peace! Thank you for your Grace! To you belong the power, the glory, all blessings and the dominion forever!
In Jesus’ holy name,
You are never alone in Christ, He and His family (our family) will always be here for you.February 22, 2017 at 8:30 am #128673
When you come out of that type of situation, you are initially in shell shock. The abuse has totally covered up who you were before. I will be praying for the FREE you to surface and shine light on you. And most importantly, for you to have the strength to stand on your own again on the rock that Jesus has provided for you.February 22, 2017 at 10:31 am #128682

Your are and will always be His beloved. Knowing this and all that you mean to Him, know also of the enemies hatred towards you Laura.
We ask Lord that you bathe her in your glorious favor in body, soul & spirit. Lift her Lord that she might see your smiling face of proud approval. Let her know Lord that you brag on her before the saints and angels in Heaven.
Strengthen her faith and trust in You and empower her prayers, for herself and others. Lift her countenance Lord, that all might see Your face when they look upon hers.
Let her know that she is a lioness with the heart of a lamb.
With much loving respect…TRFebruary 22, 2017 at 11:48 am #128685
This is an area where I have little experience. The others are doing a much better job of offering counsel on this than I ever could.
I really wanted to say I appreciate that you know the source of your strength is found in Jesus. He understands, and will never let you down. People may fail us and our hearts are often broken.
God bless you for continuing on the path of righteousness, and I am praying for you.February 22, 2017 at 6:25 pm #128697
I am so sorry, faithwon what you are going through, enduring these trials of hurt, betrayal, and feeling the lack of ‘covering’ a normal husband is supposed to provide ~~
Breaks my heart when the ‘weaker’ one is abused . . a crushing feeling for sure . remembering our God will never leave you, promising to provide over His dear daughters in distress and loneliness . . Abba Father is carrying you for you belong to Jesus, the Heavenly King ~~
Oh, Father bring Christ’s peace and comfort in and through and upon this dear daughter of yours, ~~ Lord give her Heavenly rest promising to touch your children in your Fatherly care ~~ Lord send a mighty Heavenly legion of angels of protection over faithwon, in the Light of overwhelming rest over her, reflecting the Majesty of Jesus so powerful that all evil and wickedness and schemes flee in sheer terror of such Heavenly Light and Purity ~~ in the Light and Love, and calm, and peace and comfort and security Jesus Christ our Lord ~~ .February 22, 2017 at 7:29 pm #128701
Lifting you up in prayer, Faithwon. Very sorry for the evil you have suffered, but thankful that you know the One who will one day make all things right. Praying that His strength will be perfected in your weakness and that His Spirit in you will breathe hope to your soul. Father, I ask that you would pour out your love in a fresh and new way for faithwon, that she would sense as never before Your love for her, and that in that process the thirst she has to be loved would be quenched in a way that only You are capable of. In Yeshua’s Name, and that He might be glorified.
John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

Praying for you, sister, especially for guidance, and for favor regarding your disability case. I’m praying that the Lord heals your broken heart, and restores your strength and energy. Remember, Jesus is with you always, the angels are watching and pulling for you, and we here are joining in prayer for you! Loneliness is hard, and I’m praying that the Lord will solve that, too.February 23, 2017 at 7:59 pm #128744
