Romans1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

    Wow!!!

John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

Ok, My thoughts on this is Yes oh so close to Ezk:38. And an attack on America since Russia wont want us helping Israel.
When God helps Israel with the earthquake, it will be felt all over the world, Ezek:38:19 now at the rapture doesn’t the dead in Christ come out of the ground 1st? Wouldn’t that World Wide Earthquake do that?? Open the Ground??
    Just a thought…

An attack on America isn’t necessary. It could just be that the majority of people who care about Israel will have been removed…

I have no Idea why I keep thinking of Obadiah… concerning the divine judgment of Edom… It might have been something Tom Posted a while back, but it is one very Powerful Little book..

Edom will receive an extra portion of the Lord’s wrath in THAT DAY..
The Pre-Wrath folks see this as a Pre-Rapture event… pre-wrath theology is the assumption that “the elect” which are also “The saints” of the Tribulation period are basically the same as the Church… The Ekklesia…
I have noticed in the last 5 or 10 years, many of the younger Pastors,Teachers, are all holding a Pre-Wrath view Eschatology..

    Hi,

I think a lot of people’s eschotology has to do with their personal experience. If they experienced hard times and survived they think post trib. If they have had an easier time pre trib. I don’t think the majority have really dug deep into prophecy and harmonized scripture.

God loves his bride. He will rapture her out before the sudden destruction comes. 1 Thes 5:2-6

Here is Amir’s take on this. Also posted it on a separate thread to give it more visibility.

    This was just posted..
‘If Lebanese rockets strike Israel, it’s a declaration of war’
Education Minister Bennett speaks with Arutz Sheva about security on the northern border, education, and the IDF.
    Uzi Baruch, 20/03/17 10:29
    Naftali Bennett

Education Minister Naftali Bennett, who also serves as chairman of the Jewish Home party and as a member of the security cabinet, spoke on Monday about the security and national situation in Israel, as well as about Israel’s attack on a Syrian weapons target. “The Israeli government’s policy is very consistent,” Bennett said. We will work to prevent Hezbollah from gaining strength in Lebanon. On our northern border, there is an attempt to threaten Israel strategically and Hezbollah currently has over 100,000 rockets and is working to improve their aim.”

“We are doing all we can to prevent Hezbollah from succeeding, and we will continue to do so. “In the past, our policy was to fight with Hezbollah, but not to touch sovereign Lebanon. That’s what we did in the Second Lebanon War, when I commanded a group of soldiers. Our orders were to harm Hezbollah and only Hezbollah, and to cause no harm to any Lebanese government buildings. “But I no longer accept this differentiation.

“The new policy must be that Lebanon is Hezbollah and Hezbollah is Lebanon. I have been pushing for this policy change for over two years, for the simple reason that all of Hezbollah’s infrastructure is intertwined with that of Lebanon.

“Hezbollah is part of the government, they chose the president, and all of Lebanon’s leaders say that Hezbollah is part of their national security. We can’t keep looking for a needle in the haystack of Lebanon. Every Lebanese citizen needs to know that if rockets are fired on us from Lebanon, we will see it as the Lebanese government’s declaration of war, and we will act accordingly.”

Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise: your hand shall be in the neck of your enemies; your father's children shall bow down before you. Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, you are gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and to him shall the gathering of the people be. Gen 49

Can’t be sure but it sounds like one day.

    Ezekiel 38:9,10 –

9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you.” 10 ‘Thus says the Lord God: “On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan:”

Also, it’s the Lord who destroys Gog/Magog. I’m thinking He doesn’t need a lot of time. I’m thinking the brevity, severity and apocalyptic nature in how He destroys them will be His signature. Remember He says:

“19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: ‘Surely in that daythere shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.’ 21 I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains,” says the Lord God. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22 And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.”’

As you can see, the attack happens very quickly like a “cloud” (think a quick moving storm cloud) and we can see that the Lord makes short work of the invaders…thus magnifying Himself and sanctifying Himself. :rose:

    Bible Prophesy Tracker’s opinion:

Opinion: Next to the Temple Mount, the Golan Heights is the most contested piece of real estate in the world. Israel recaptured the Golan during the 1967 war and the Arab world, supported by the secular progressive left, are apoplectic over its return.

Assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin stated that withdrawal from the Golan was “unthinkable, even in times of peace,” saying it would be tantamount to “abandoning Israel’s security.” That fact was echoed by Israel’s current Prime Minister “Israel will never leave the Golan Heights.”

What is so important about the Golan:

If one were a Hezbollah leader, the Golan’s 6000 ft. elevation would be of tremendous strategic importance for the purpose of firing rockets into Tel Aviv.

For Israel, the Golan’s finger-like shape prevents hostile militias from coming over the mountains to invade Israeli villages in the north.

From an economic standpoint, the Golan produces:

    A fresh water source
More than 40% of Israel’s wines, fruits and vegetables
The Golan’s natural beauty makes it an important local tourism destination
More than 20,000 Israeli citizens live there and with planning the area could house more than 1 million residents
A massive oil find was announced in October 2016
On March 17, our post (here) had intel that an Iranian-controlled Iraqi militia, Harakat al Nujaba, announced the formation of its “Golan Liberation Brigade”.

This morning’s Debka report says they are on the way.
